GDK x Sides London Jerk Menu

PR Campaign
Tuesday 28th July, 2026

German Doner Kebab partnered with Sides (the Sidemen’s QSR) to run a limited-edition London Jerk menu nationwide until the end of August, swapping Sides’ spicy London Jerk sauce into a range of GDK items and putting GDK spring rolls and sauces on Sides’ limited menu — a collaboration pitched as a flavour-led crossover between two culturally popular food brands.

Why it worked: A time-limited, two-way menu swap leveraged the Sidemen’s massive fanbase as a measurable distribution channel, giving editors a culture-meets-QSR hook.

The lesson: Consider a reciprocal, time-boxed product swap with a creator-led brand and quantify the audience crossover you’ll deliver on launch week.
