    Got questions?

How is this different from regular news monitoring tools?

Most news monitoring tools work the same way: you give them a keyword, and they send an alert every time it appears somewhere. But this means you also get sent a LOT of junk.

Finchling doesn't care about keywords. It reads the news and asks a better question: "Is there a reactive PR opportunity here for this brand?" Sometimes the best opportunities don't contain any of your keywords. Sometimes a story mentions your keyword and is completely useless. AI can tell the difference. Keyword matching can't.

Does Finchling work across different countries and languages?

Yes. The interface is in English, but the opportunities aren't limited to one market. You can filter by region - say, the US or France - and Finchling will show you stories with global relevance plus anything specific to that market.

Right now we have support for the UK, the US, Australia, Canada, Spain, France, Germany, and Italy. But by default, Finchling shows you everything that's relevant globally.

    How many users/seats are included?
You can invite as many people from your company as you want at no extra charge. We charge by the client, not by the seat - so everyone on your team gets to use it.
Are there long-term contracts or can I cancel anytime?
You're not locked in - you can cancel any time.
    Do you offer customer support?
Yes - if you run into any issues or have any questions, email us at [email protected].
    Do you have a demo?
Yes, we have a demo. Check it out here.
    Is there a trial?
Yes - every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You can start here.
Why do you need card details for the free trial?

It keeps out bots and spam accounts. It also means if you decide to stick around after 30 days, your subscription kicks in automatically - no extra steps.

You can cancel anytime before the trial ends and you won't be charged. We'll also send you a reminder before your subscription starts.
