Trackmania x Sanofi Diabetes Awareness Event

PR Campaign
Friday 5th June, 2026

Racing game Trackmania partnered with healthcare company Sanofi for a limited in-game event (7–14 June) featuring five themed tracks and an exclusive Sanofi car skin. Each map used gameplay metaphors — boosts, slow zones, multi-path puzzles and a day-long glucose curve — to illustrate blood sugar fluctuations, decision-making and stress, aiming to educate players about daily diabetes management.

Why it worked: It turned complex health management into a time-limited, playable mechanic inside a popular game—newsworthy because the deadline, brand crossover, and concrete in-game actions created coverage hooks.

The lesson: Consider building a short, deadline-driven challenge that translates your message into a mechanic players/users must actively navigate to succeed.
