Skills report warns of big job shortfall

Skills England’s first Annual Skills Report warns priority sectors in England will need about 1.8 million more workers by 2035 and calls for better training, employer investment, AI-ready skills and youth employability. This gives Lego a chance to talk about how its STEM-focused play and education programmes support local skills development, youth pathways and employer–education partnerships in the UK.
