Formula 1 Grand Prix of Madrid
Friday 11th September, 2026
The Formula 1 Grand Prix of Madrid is a new multi-day Spanish round on a purpose-built ‘Madring’ circuit, bringing F1 back to Madrid from 2026 with practice, qualifying and the main race. This gives you a chance to talk about Lego’s heritage in building and design — from creative track-building to family-friendly motorsport experiences — and to engage fans across Spain, the UK and other markets where Lego and motorsport overlap.
Why have we flagged this?
Strong alignment: Lego’s heritage in building and design maps neatly onto motorsport themes (tracks, engineering, fan engagement) and the new Madrid Grand Prix is a tangible moment for planned activations (track-building kits, interactive experiences, family fan zones) and reactive PR (expert comment on design/engineering, local partnerships). It also targets Spain while resonating in the UK and other key markets where Lego and motorsport audiences overlap.
