Erasmus+ programme reopening in the UK
Friday 1st January, 2027
The Erasmus+ programme is reopening to UK participation from 1 January 2027, restoring student and staff exchanges, training placements and youth mobility between the UK and EU that were suspended after Brexit. This gives Lego’s PR team a chance to talk about the company’s role in education, creativity and international learning opportunities for children and young people in the UK and across Europe, highlighting how Lego supports cross-border STEM and creative skills development through partnerships and programmes.
Why have we flagged this?
Strong alignment: Lego can credibly position itself as a supporter of international learning and cross-border STEM/creative exchange, promote partnerships, announce programmes or scholarships, and offer spokespeople for comment as Erasmus+ resumes in the UK.
