Relationships, Sex and Health (RSHE) curriculum statutory implementation
Tuesday 1st September, 2026
From 1 September 2026 UK schools must teach the updated statutory RSHE curriculum covering healthy relationships, online harms and violence prevention.
This gives Lego a chance to talk about play-based learning, child safety and social-emotional development in the UK as schools update RSHE content.
Why have we flagged this?
LEGO can credibly link to RSHE through educational play, toys that model healthy relationships and consent, classroom resources and teacher partnerships—an appropriately executed campaign or toolkit could earn coverage without stretching the brand. It’s not an automatic lead moment but aligns with LEGO’s education credentials.
