WorldSkills Competition
Tuesday 22nd September, 2026
WorldSkills is a biennial international competition showcasing vocational and technical skills by young people, with the 48th edition taking place in Shanghai and bringing together education, industry and government stakeholders. This gives you a chance to talk about how LEGO’s educational play and STEM-focused sets support skills development and creative problem-solving for young people globally, including in the UK and China, as policymakers and practitioners convene to promote vocational training.
Why have we flagged this?
Strong alignment: WorldSkills is about vocational skills and STEM for young people, which ties directly to LEGO’s educational/STEM sets and creative problem-solving credentials; LEGO can run targeted campaigns, share data/studies, offer expert commentary, or stage demonstrations and workshops during the event—especially in China and the UK—to position the brand as a skills partner.
